LEWISTON- Dylan C. Dox Ross, 34, passed away at home on Monday, September 18, 2023.

Dylan was born on September 29, 1988, in Portland, Maine. He is the son of Kurt and Jennifer Dox Ross of Wayne. He was a resident of Wayne, a town he loved living in for many years. Dylan attended Maranacook Schools and Hyde School in Bath. He went on to further his education at the University of Southern Maine where he studied Political Science.

Dylan loved his family. He enjoyed traveling to Brazil, he was a Portuguese translator and enjoyed rafting, hockey, and politics. Dylan never let the truth get in the way of a good argument.

In addition to his loving parents Kurt and Jennifer, Dylan is survived by his sister Alyssa Ross Anaya and her husband Nathan of Bangor, his brother Colby Ross of Jacksonville Beach, FL. He is also survived by a nephew Alden Anaya, a niece Vivian Anaya as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins, and his good dog 2 socks.

There will be a time of visitation at the Androscoggin Yacht Club, 22 Lake Street, Wayne on Friday, September 22, 2023, from 1-3 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.

In lieu of flowers donations in Dylan’s memory may be made to the Wayne-Cary Memorial Library, 17 Old Winthrop Road, Wayne, ME 04284.
