MONMOUTH – Troy J. Severance, 44, a resident of Litchfield, passed away Wednesday, April 3rd unexpectedly. He was born September 20th, 1979 in Augusta, the son of Earl D. Severance Jr. and Shirley A. Morse.

He attended Richmond and Gardiner schools.

He was very family oriented and he had a very cheeky sense of humor. You could always find him giving someone a helping hand or telling extravagant stories. But overall, his pride and joy was his daughter and granddaughter, Moesha and Amira. He was always boasting about his granddaughter, Amira.

Troy leaves behind his brother Earl D. Severance III, sisters Tracy A. Bromiley and husband George, and Shelly M. Severance. Daughter Moesha L. Harrington, granddaughter Amira R. LeClair and father Earl D. Severance Jr., as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was predeceased by his mother Shirley Ann and sister-in-law Ellen Severance.
